Up and running, in five steps.
Republic deploys through Microsoft Teams, so there's no new system for your people to learn and nothing for them to install. Here's what the path from first conversation to launch looks like.
From first conversation to launch.
Five steps, and your onboarding contact walks each one with you.
Bring Republic to your workforce
Start by bringing Republic to your people. The platform integrates with Microsoft Teams to deliver adaptive, behaviour-changing security training in the flow of work — no separate portal, no new login.
Get your questions answered
Explore how Republic works before you commit. Walk through the platform, read the research behind it, or talk to the team directly — whichever gets you to a decision fastest.
Pick a procurement path
Choose the plan that fits. Small Business is a flat monthly price with a free six-week trial; Enterprise is per-user with volume discounts. Either way, pricing scales with you rather than against you.
Onboarding
Once you're signed up we provide welcome materials, installation guides, staff communication templates and dedicated support access, so the rollout lands well the first time.
What your people can expect
Employees are onboarded in Teams and answer roughly four short assessment questions a week. After six weeks, personalised security content kicks in based on what those answers surfaced. Administrators get full dashboard access with organisation-level reporting and user risk tracking.
Simple, transparent pricing.
Start on a free six-week trial. No procurement gymnastics required to find out whether it works.

The things people ask first.
How long does deployment take?
The admin work is around ten minutes. In the Teams admin centre you allow Republic and add it to a setup policy; Microsoft then takes up to 24 hours to push that policy to every client. The Outlook add-in deploys from the Microsoft 365 admin centre and can take up to six hours to reach all mailboxes.
What do employees actually have to do?
Roughly four short assessment questions a week, delivered in Microsoft Teams — under three minutes of effort in total. After the first six weeks, personalised micro-learning arrives based on the behaviours their answers surfaced. There is nothing to install and no separate login.
Is the data anonymous?
Collection is anonymous and blame-free by design. Republic surfaces risk patterns at team and organisation level rather than naming individuals, so people engage honestly instead of gaming the score.
Which platforms does Republic work with?
Microsoft Teams for the chat bot and the Republic web app, Outlook for phishing simulations and threat reporting, and a web dashboard for administrators. Republic is published in the Microsoft Teams store.
Which standards does it align to?
Republic supports ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR and the NCSC's Cyber Assessment Framework 4.0, providing behavioural insight and audit-ready data for certification and regulatory reporting.
Can we run a pilot before going organisation-wide?
Yes. Create a separate Teams app setup policy and assign it to a pilot group rather than editing the org-wide default. Small Business also includes a free six-week trial you can cancel at any time.
